Having worked for Shell International as a Sub-Surface Analyst, Petroleum Engineering Team Leader, and Technical Director, he has contributed his expertise across five continents, with particular focus on Africa (Nigeria), the Far East (Brunei, Malaysia & Indonesia), America (Houston), Europe (Netherlands, Cyprus), and the Middle East (Qatar, Oman).

Adam’s extensive experience includes a decade as Vice President responsible for Technical Training & Leadership Development at Shell International. Since retiring from Shell, he has been involved with the Qatar Foundation and Qatar Financial Authority, imparting leadership skills to high-potential Qataris.
